Sharmin Bhagwagar

Sharmin joined ARCHITECTUREFIRM in 2024. She received a Master of Architecture from Yale University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai in 2014. Prior to ARCHITECTUREFIRM, she worked at In Studio (formerly Christoff Finio Architects), where she was involved in residential renovations in New York and Thomas Phifer and Partners, where she was involved in cultural and public projects, including the design of the Wagner Park Pavilion for the South Battery Park Resiliency Project. Before her graduate studies, Sharmin worked at Talati & Partners in Mumbai, where she handled design and construction administration for multi-family residential towers. She received Yale School of Architecture's William Wirt Winchester Fellowship in 2019 and was nominated for the H.I. Feldman Prize in 2018 and 2019.
