Ian Carr

Ian earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining ARCHITECTUREFIRM, Ian has collaborated with Selldorf Architects, inca, and O’Neill Rose Architects on a range of residential and cultural projects. Ian is driven by a passion for regionally appropriate, resource-conscious architecture that sensitively engages its context. Outside of work, he finds balance in constant motion, whether it's running marathons, surfing the Rockaways, or biking around the city.
